LASK faced the challenge of using a variety of data providers in different areas of the club – from performance analyses to scouting and match analysis. This diversity led to a fragmented structure that made administration difficult and impaired the overview.
Together with LASK, we started a transformation process. We started working with the professionals in the area of performance optimization and gradually expanded our range of services. The integration of the medical department into the processes to guarantee precise injury documentation and the expansion of our services to the youth, amateur and women’s teams were important steps along the way. Today, we offer LASK a comprehensive package. This includes software solutions in various departments (AMS+, management dashboard, scouting tool) as well as detailed match reports with interpretations and conclusions for training. Our continuous performance consulting rounds off our range of services for LASK.
The partnership with LASK has led to impressive results. We have created a uniform solution that covers all age groups and departments and harmonizes processes throughout the club.
